A firefighter with Cherokee County Fire and Emergency Services was promoted to the rank of sergeant during ceremonies held on Wednesday, November 29th, at Station 20, located off Bells Ferry Road. David Kleiman received his promotion warrant from Cherokee County Fire Chief, Raymond Gunnin.
Kleiman has worked for Cherokee County Fire and Emergency Services for the past three years and he is presently stationed at Station 1, located in southwestern Cherokee County. Kleiman resides in Cobb County, with his wife Christie and daughter, Abbigail.
After the ceremony, a lunch was held in honor of Sergeant Kleiman.
