Three times per year, the Friends of the Gilmer County Library hold a book sale at the library. The May sale will be held in the library meeting room and on the sidewalk in front of the library, weather permitting. The Friends book sales feature gently used books of all kinds at very reasonable prices. Proceeds from the sale are used to purchase new books for the library. Donations of gently used books in good condition may be dropped off prior to the sale at the library desk (no textbooks or encyclopedias, please.) We appreciate your support!
