PAR is announcing a new program aimed to find homes for some of the adult dogs that have been in the care of Pickens County Animal Shelter for over 1 year; for this Porch Pet Program, the adoption fee is waived!  The adult dogs have all been spayed or neutered, current on vaccines, receive heartworm prevention and flea/tick control.  These will make wonderful family pets or companions to sit on the porch.  Call our help line to set up an appointment to come out to the Rescue Ranch and meet some of the incredible Porch Pet's we are offering.
